Simple things such as love, interconnectedness of human beings, all the natural laws, etc. are the ones, which gets my attention quickly. They are simple yet profound. Implementation of it is the need of the hour and it is one of my innermost urges to get this message across to others through my paintings.
About the exhibition:
Love is the most pure form of energy and I always feel amazed to see its tremendous capacity to transform any relation. Yet it is the most underestimated concept. I think it is the only simple solution that will work in today’s complex world. We need to give love more and more just like a flower gives away its aroma to each and everyone unconditionally.

I have always been interested and fascinated with art, handicraft and design. For me personally, painting in whichever medium, is a form of meditation and after spending a couple of hours each day, I am motivated to do more to better myself.
About the exhibition:
My medium is coloured and black ink on paper. I am extremely inspired by my day to day surroundings and thus my work is an exploration of various forms such as mono-prints , abstracts, semi abstracts and landscapes/cityscapes. The brighter colours depict the brighter side of life which incorporates hope, faith, optimism, direction, success, happiness and serenity. However the darker shades symbolize depth, mystery and power. This is the binding factor used in my work.
The exhibition will be on display at the Kamalnayan Bajaj Art Gallery from 2nd - 7th June, 2014 - 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
