Brief note about the Artist : Born and raised in Mumbai, Disha Shah is an emerging acrylic and watercolour artist. Occasionally dabbling in pencil sketches as well Disha has received formal training in fine arts. Coming from a media background Disha found her true calling in art and trained in fine arts post B.M.M. Disha had recently showcased her first gallery show entitled, “ENCHANTED” at The Leela Gallery. Brief note about the exhibition: The debut collection by new age artist Disha Shah, Ethereal is helmed by all thing spiritual. Disha has incorporated a tribal motif to depict the mystical moods of the man-woman relationship. The strong presence of the color blue has been deliberately used to present the resilient moods in a refreshing manner. All the individual pieces of the Ethereal collection are unique and depict the divine intervention.
