This exhibition marks the first time Master Artist Shehzaad Ali Sherani’s extensive collection, comprising over 30 exquisite works, will be displayed at Kamalnayan Bajaj Hall. As a dedicated custodian of the Pichwai heritage, Shehzaad Ali Sherani has devoted decades to perfecting and promoting this captivating art form. The themes of “Shringar” revolve around the Leelas of Shrinathji, showcasing his unique interpretations and the symbolic elements inherent in Pichwai art.
You will have the opportunity to witness Pichwai art in both its traditional and modern forms, crafted using natural colours and genuine gold and silver leaves, alongside a fascinating fusion of traditional Indian art styles. The exhibition also includes a selection of masterpieces from the Kishangarh School, offering a spiritual depiction of Krishna and scenes from his life, such as the Raas Leela and Govardhan Dharan.
