I am a professional artist, drawing and painting has always been my passion. I have won several art competitions during my school days. I passed with distinction in the Elementary Drawing Examination (Government).

Since the age of 8, I have been painting and at the age  14, I held my first art exhibition in the TAJ ART GALLERY (Mumbai). The year 1979 being THE INTERNATIONAL YEAR OF THE CHILD, I had a very good response.

Have taken part in a number of gallery and online  exhibitions (solo and group)( in India and Aboard) (Delhi , Mumbai, Pune and Dubai ).

Have done solo shows at the Mahalaxami Race Course ( MUMBAI) as well as PUNE race course.

My medium of painting is oil and my passion for horses is depicted in most of my paintings. I am also inspired by nature and that is portrayed in my Landscapes and Seascapes.

As a child I have painted other animals too but I gravitated to paint Horses primarily because of its nobility. I feel the Horse is a powerful, energetic and majestic animal, and it energizes me to paint them.

I have received many National and International awards.

I  stood 1^st in the On Line International Horse Competition (oil paint medium) among 10 countries in the year 2019.

I came 1^st in the online All India National competition, held by ChirtaKala , as the Rising artist ( October 2020)

Stood 2^nd in the All India National competition, held by Canvas Creations(December 2020).

I  have had the honour of 6 of my paintings being picked up by the AFG (Art Freaks Global) Coffee book 2020 and The World Art  Encyclopedia  International  contemporary artist 2021 printed 7 of my paintings.

I have been nominated by the India Records  for  the award of Excellence 2021.

I have  received the Honor award 2021 from Positive Energy Art Foundation (THAILAND) and also received the  Best International Visual artist award (2022) by “Yes I am proud to be an artist” international online show 2022, in the memory of TRUE  LEGEND ARTISTS by Delhi Art International.

I received HONORARY AWARD (2022) , by World Art Fair (WORLD ART ICONS).

I have also received “club UNESCO of Achaia” HONARARY AWARD (2022) by the Zervas Art Club  (GREECE),and my artworks have been selected (twice) , for their online website among the best 5 artworks.

I have had an ONLINE SOLO PAINTING EXHIBITION, by Artscraft.Co (DUBAI) 2022, received 5000 plus online visitors and 100 plus comments.

I received THE PLATINUM  AWARD in the Artist of the year award 2022 by Kalaratnam Foundation of Art Society “KFOAS”  (U.P)

Also received the Silver Award in the Fiesta Art International Art Competition & Exhibition organized by the BindaasArt in May 2022.

Recently received THE BEST ARTIST AWARD 2021/22 by prominent curator Erum Khan of New Delhi.

Have won the Bronze medal , in the 8th National competition held by 27 Art Point 2022.

Have won the Ratan e Hind (Excellence in Art 2022) 4th annual international award by prominent curator Erum Khan (New Delhi) , in the Wildlife and Landscape categories.

Received Albercht Durer Award from Creators Collective for their online National / International competition in 2023.

Received the M.F. HUSAIN award from Indian Art Carnival for their online International art exhibition and award event in 2023.

Received the INTERNATIONAL ARTS EXCELLENCE AWARD 2023, held by Colours  & Canvas.
