In the sports fraternity Mr. Bajaj is a revered personality. He is a four time National Table Tennis Champion and the recipient of Arjuna Award (India's highest Sport's honour), Shiv Chhatrapati Award (Maharashtra's highest Sport's honour) and Awarded the Maharashtra Gaurav Puraskar. Mr. Niraj Bajaj is one of the Founder Members of the Olympic Gold Quest, a not for profit Foundation established for the promotion of sports and games.

Sunaina Kejriwal Honorary Director Sunaina Kejriwal is involved as the Director of the Kamalnayan Bajaj Hall & Art Gallery since June, 2008. She studied Home Science from the S.N.D.T. College (affiliated to Mumbai University) specializing in textiles. Sunaina Kejriwal’s keen interest to provide a centre of activity for artists, connoisseurs of art, art-lovers and the public, leads her contribution to the cause of art, culture, tradition and heritage.

Sandip Prabhakar Manager Sandip Prabhakar is associated with the Kamalnayan Bajaj Hall & Art Gallery since March, 1987 responsible for managing the operations and functions of the Gallery. He is educated in Arts from the Mumbai University and he never misses an opportunity to hone his photography skills, which is close to his heart.

Bianca Mendes Secretary to the Director Bianca Mendes studied Arts from the Mumbai University and joined the team in July 2011. She assists the management in the overall administrational activities of the Hall and the Gallery.
